What Doesn’t Bend, Breaks: A Broken Bone.

Check out this video blog to review the lessons provided in physical pain. Whether it’s a sign from spirit that it’s time for you to slow down and connect in with self, or lessons to go with the flow and quit being so stubborn, to an actual chemical release and healing, our greatest challenges can offer our greatest growth.

Technical difficulties at the end of the video. That’s okay. I currently don’t edit. 🙂

To follow up, I’d like to share some important ways I healed were regular massage and acupuncture. I can’t say enough about how important it is to give regular, deep, touch, even if it is self massage, to the muscles, after your cast is removed and it’s safe. Touch heals. Also, getting the chi, the energy, flowing is so important for healing. Acupuncture rocks!
